Blogs

Write without fear. Edit without mercy.

I know you want to get right to reading my stuff. Else why would you have clicked on a link labeled Blogs?

Turns out this whole blogging thing isn’t as simple as it used to be. And I find myself writing in three places.

The first is easily recognizable and feels normal to the vast majority of readers: this website. What I publish here is mostly more personal stuff, like stories about family members.

The other two are on a platform called Substack. Substack is a mash-up of blog, newsletter service, and social media platform. Confused? Don’t worry. Just hop over there and play a bit. You’ll figure it out soon enough.

My first Substack newsletter/blog is called Spiritual Life Storyteller. This is where I write about my own spiritually related experiences, as well as how to grow your own spirituality, if you’re in need of such.

If you subscribe to Spirtual Life Storyteller, I’ll send you my newsletter, Fractal Fridays, every Friday morning. The newsletter mostly consists of updates on what’s going on in my writerly life (upcoming books, etc), what I’m reading, and excerpts of recent blog articles.

My second Substack newsletter/blog is called Spiritual Life Writers. I collaborate in writing this blog with my co-authors, Susan Scott and Lana Cullis. On this second blog, I write about my experiences with writing, along with tips on how writers can use technology to make their writing lives easier.

So, there you go, lots of choices!
